D&M Makes Management Changes

Mahwah, N.J. - D&M Holdings shifted some top executives around following the departure of Joe Stinziano, senior sales and marketing VP for the Denon and Boston Acoustics brands, to pursue another business opportunity, the company said.

Stinziano was with D&M for almost three years.

Cohn, a 20-year CE industry veteran, has held multiple roles at D&M, including sales and marketing VP for Boston Acoustics. He previously held sales and management roles with Sony Electronics and Samsung Electronics.

Zarow has been with Marantz for more than 15 years. His most recent position was marketing and product development VP for Marantz and Escient. Before joining Marantz, he was with Philips.
