Stampede, the value-added and home-theater distributor, has added three more former Electrograph execs to its company, giving it a total of 12. Kevin Welling, ex-Southwest territory manager, joins Stampede as sales director for its Western region's integration markets. Karen Meneghetti, who opened Electrograph's Texas branch in 1993, has been named senior relationship manager, key accounts. Alex Ivani, ex-senior buyer for Electrograph, will be a product manager on the vendor management team ... Scott Nicholson, quality director at Pelican Products, named worldwide quality senior director. Paul Britton, former national sales manager at Zarges Case, joins Pelican as technical sales manager ... EchoStar formally named Michael T. Dugan president and CEO, positions held by Charles Ergen, who remains chairman of the company. Dugan currently serves on EchoStar's board and previously served in several executive roles, including president and COO, at the combined company from 1990 to 2004 prior to EchoStar's spin-off from Dish Network in January 2008 ... Michael White, former PepsiCo vice chairman and CEO of PepsiCo International, joins DirecTV as president/CEO. He replaces Larry Hunter, who served as DirecTV's interim CEO following the resignation of Chase Carey ... Al Burdett rejoined Niles Audio after an absence of about six years as product VP responsible for strategic planning, product marketing and program management.
