Tributaries Introduces Flat-Panel Power Pak

-- TWICE, 10/26/2009

Tributaries Cable has added the T3 Flat-Panel Power Pak to its line of A/V powers solutions.

The new three-outlet model incorporates high-current surge protection and RFI AC line filtering.

The T3 has a slim 1.5-inch depth form factor that allows the entire unit to plug directly into the wall socket behind most flat-panel TVs. To ensure maximum clearance behind a display, the T3 has three edge-mounted AC outlets, two fixed outlets, one AC outlet and one RF connection outlet that can be rotated 90 degrees.

The T3 offers 1,080 joules of surge protection and AC line filtering, which, according to the company, substantially reduces the possibility that radio-frequency noise will be induced via the AC supplies of connected A/V components. A red “protected” LED confirms the unit is working properly.

The unit is RoHS compliant and meets or exceeds the requirements of California's Electronic Recycling Act of 2003.

Available now, it retails for $80.
