Netgear Intros Latest RangeMax Router

San Jose, Calif. - NetGear today launched its latest RangeMax Wireless N router that is based on Linux's open-source software.
The RangeMax Wireless-N Gigabit RouterThe RangeMax Wireless-N Gigabit Router with USB (WNR3500L) is being targeted at developers and enthusiasts. The router supports several free open-source firmware applications, including DD-WRT, OpenWRT and Tomato, and additional titles can be downloaded at www.myopenrouter.com, the company said.
The router will become available this fall with a $139 suggested retail.
