LG's Taylor, Electrolux's Vining Join AHAM Board

Washington - John Taylor, public affairs and communications VP for LG Electronics, and Thomas Vining, engineering VP for Electrolux Home Products, have been elected to the board of The Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers (AHAM), the industry trade association.
Vining's term will expire in 2011, and Taylor's term will expire in 2010.
"Tom and John are joining the board with many years of invaluable industry experience," said AHAM president and fellow board director Joseph McGuire. "We are looking forward to their contributions at the AHAM board level, helping to direct the association's mission in the coming years."
Other AHAM officers include board chair Jerry Ryder, president, InSinkErator division, Emerson Appliance Solutions; first vice chair Mark Bissell, president CEO, Bissell; second vice chair Robert Scaglione, marketing senior VP, Sharp Electronics; and treasurer and major appliance division chair Paul Sikir, design engineering VP at Sub-Zero.
