JBL, Roxy Intro Headphones

BIARRITZ, FRANCE — JBL and Roxy recently introduced a line of co-created portable audio products, this time targeted toward the youth market.

Roxy is a brand of Quicksilver.

The companies said the products are designed for the “surf and mountain casual lifestyle.” There headphones models are part of the line: the Reference 230 ear buds, Reference 430 on-ear DJ-style headphones, and Reference 250 in-ear headphones with microphone for use with mobile phones.

The Reference 230 ear buds have a closed-back design that's meant to allow listeners to block outside noise while listening to music.

The Reference 430 over-the-ear headphones are engineered to minimize ambient noise and isolate sound.

The Reference 250 in-ear headphones feature a semi-open-back design with an inline book-style microphone for answering phone calls with one push of a button.

All come with a matching carrying case.
