NuVision Taps Cardinal For NE Distribution

By Greg Tarr -- TWICE, 6/11/2009

Scottsdale, Ariz. — High-end TV supplier NuVision said Thursday it has signed Lodi, N.J.-based Cardinal Electronics as its Northeastern U.S. distributor.

Cardinal will carry NuVision’s entire line, including its all-new Lucidium FX5 series of true 120Hz displays.

“We think this will be a great relationship and our dealer lineup is pleased to know that NuVision is on board,” stated Bill Lyons, Cardinal Electronics president. “In our 62-year history, we have proven that we are one of the most enduring distributors in the industry. We are proud to carry the NuVision line and offer it to our customers as a dedicated CEDIA-channel video option that focuses on the dealers’ needs.”

“The Northeast is a very important territory and Cardinal’s ability to understand the specialty retail and custom install business made our decision to partner with them and easy one,” stated David Hester, NuVision vice chairman. “Our business model dictates that we partner with distributors that share our desire to cater to the very specific needs of this market.  Overall, Cardinal believes in the same philosophies we do, which is to put the customer first.”

NuVision televisions carry two-year warranties on parts, labor and the LCD panel.
