Almo Holds Spring Expo At Company HQ

PHILADELPHIA — Almo, the national appliance and CE distributor, held its annual spring Expo at company headquarters here last month.

Despite the dour economy and some post-April showers, dealer and vendor attendance exceeded last year's turnout, the company reported, as manufacturers unveiled their latest lines. Among them: Samsung's new electromagnetic induction kitchen ranges, which made their trade debut, and a sneak peek at the first Samsung-branded LED TVs.

The event was also highlighted by a series of product auctions for attendees, an Almo Expo first.
