James Hedlund, public policy director for Yahoo, will join the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA) as regulatory affairs VP in late September. In addition CEA has promoted Parker Brugge to environmental policy and industry sustainability VP and Veronica O'Connell to congressional affairs VP ... Harry Elias, former JVC of Americas executive and member of the CE Hall of Fame, has formed with his daughter Jyl Elias a New York-based advertising media company called Elias Media.
