SAMSONIC SHOWS MULTIFUNCTION CAMERA

NEW YORK — Samsonic is introducing the Isonic Snapbox DV747, a 10-in-one multifunctional camera that performs as a digital still camera, digital video camera, MP3 player, MPEG-4 player, A/V recorder, voice recorder, PC cam, USB mass storage, TV-out, E-book, motion detector and photo in movie device. It is designed with a leather-like retro styling.

The Snapbox DV747 features MPEG-4 technology with high video resolution (640 by 480 at 30 fps), and 5 megapixels that can be interpolated to 12 megapixels. It offers 8x digital zoom, 2.5-inch TFT, and electronic image-stabilization technology. It has 64MB of internal memory and supports a 2GB SD card. Shipping this month, the Isonic Snapbox DV747 will retail for $149.
