Caldero Named Sr. VP/COO Of Ken Crane’s

Hawthorne, Calif. — Ken Crane’s has made a series of personnel changes, topped by Steve Caldero being named senior VP/COO.
Caldero, a 19-year Yamaha veteran, joined the retailer early in 2005 as sales VP. He will now report directly to president Casey Crane and be responsible for stores and merchandising.
Pam Crane has been promoted to the position of executive VP and will be responsible for interfacing with the community and corporate relations “maintaining Ken Cranes’ reputation and presence with the public,” Casey Crane said in a prepared statement.
Among the other appointments are: Steven Colky, merchandising VP responsible for the purchasing, warehouse, delivery, service and custom install departments; Ron Rothstein, purchasing director in charge of corporate merchandising and buying; and Al Dunn, who will become stores director, in charge of store operations, sales personnel and training, effective Aug. 1.
In addition Peter Urquiza will rejoin the company, effective Aug. 1, and manage its Laguna Hills, Calif., store.
