Staff -- TWICE, 2/11/2002

WEST BABYLON, N.Y. — Cosmo Ingenito, 53, husband of TWICE account executive Toni Ingenito died on Jan. 31 of natural causes.

He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Christa Nelson, Cathyann and Josephine; two sons, Cosmo, Jr., and Joshua; a brother, Vincent; and a grandson, Hunter.

GURNEE, Ill.— Kimberly Bozek, 35, daughter of industry veteran Jerry Kalov and his wife Antje, passed away in late January.

The family has asked that any donations in her name be made to the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago, 1931 North Halstead Street, Chicago, IL 60614. She was active in this charity and devoted to its mission of providing health services to poor children.
