Vanguard Bridges Soft/Hard Storage

Whitmore Lake, Mich. — Vanguard USA is introducing its Athens molded textile cases, the 85T and 85. Both models are said to “bridge the gap” between the soft case and the hard case. The Athens offers a matte silver finish with a new combination key and/or combination lock and has an ergonomic handle.

The outer shell is covered in either red or black textile material with seven ribs along the sides. The Athens' padded interior offers “exceptional” housing for all the items to travel safely and securely. There is the option of a removable shoulder strap, said Vanguard.

Suggested retail for each model is $92.
