Vonage Adds International Calling Plans

Holmdel, N.J. — VoIP provider Vonage added a series of international calling plans for new and existing subscribers to its service.

These calling plans are available to new or existing Premium Unlimited residential customers for an additional fee. Plans range from an additional $6 per month to $15 per month on top of the $24.99 per month Vonage charges for its Premium Unlimited service (which offers unlimited calling to the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain and Ireland).

Plans cover Asia, Europe, Latin America or a “world” plan encompassing 60 cities/countries.

Vonage added a search function to its international rates page to let customers see which plans they could use for the international numbers they dial.

• $24.99 per month? BS. Plus tax and fees amounted to over $40.00 per month. I called Vonage and was told \"It\'s in there someplace,\" referring to some unidentified notification which I never saw. My experience with Vonage is simply one of FRAUD.
