CES 2009: EzGear Updates EzVision, Wii PlayPack

LAS VEGAS — EzGear, a maker of video game peripherals and electronics, has introduced a number of products, including updated versions of its EzVision video glasses and the Wii PlayPack, all of which will be shown at International CES South 2 booth 25321.
The EzVision G1 and EzVision X4 have now been designed to work with all Apple iPod and iPhone devices. The EzVision glasses are a pair of lenses that can be used to privately watch movies, podcasts or even play videogames. They're convenient for travel, weighing just 4 ounces, and they offer a large virtual screen that fits comfortably like a pair of glasses. The glasses also have built-in earphones, a rechargeable battery and come with a carry bag.
Additionally, they come with video adapters that can be used with almost any DVD player or videogame device, including Xbox 360, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation2.
The EzVision G1 offers a simulated 50-inch view, QVGA resolution and eight hours of battery life. The EzVision X4 offers a simulated 64-inch view, VGA resolution (four times the resolution of the G1) and five hours of battery life.

EzGear's multi-peripheral kit, the Wii PlayPack, is compatible with more than 50 Wii titles including Wii Play, Fishing Master and Mario Kart.
