Callpod Intros Keeper iPhone App
Chicago — Callpod, a manufacturer of mobile accessories and software applications, has introduced an iPhone application called Keeper.
Keeper is designed to enable users to quickly and easily store all sensitive passwords, notes, lists and other personal information in a safe and secure environment. Users can reportedly search in real time, index and protect information with multi-layer encryption, and the app stores passwords and sensitive information on the user’s device and backed up on a PC/Mac. If the user’s phone is lost or stolen, the information stored in Keeper is protected with 128-bit military-grade AES encryption, the company said.
The Keeper app also has a self-destruct mode.
It is currently available for download on iTunes for 99 cents.
iSkin Expands Solo FX Line With 'Vive’ Color
Toronto — iSkin announced it had expanded its line of Solo FX cases for the iPhone 3G by adding a new color.
The purple Solo FX (known as “vive” by the company) features a mirror-finished protective screen film and a high-gloss, embossed pattern.
It’s currently available for a $32.99 suggested retail.
