LAS VEGAS — iTouchless Housewares & Products is introducing an over-the-ear active noise canceling acoustic headphones called iTouchless's Pure-Ear during International CES at its Sands 74339 booth.
The headphones are lightweight and foldable combining advanced noise-canceling technology. The Pure-Ear features built-in microphones to identify ambient noise and employ sound canceling signals to eliminate up to 90 percent (more than 18dB at 200Hz) of unpleasant background noise, the company said.
Pure-Ear uses two large aperture 40mm neodymium magnet drivers that produce deeper bass and better clarity with a wide frequency response of 20Hz to 20,000Hz. The volume control and on/off switch are located directly on the headphone for control.
The Pure-Ear is compatible with all iPod, MP3, CD, DVD players, computers, in-flight and home entertainment systems, and the new iPhone. A single AAA Battery delivers 70 hours of noise cancellation and the music-by-pass function allows users to enjoy music without a battery.
The package comes with airplane adaptor, iPhone adaptor cable, 6.3mm and 3.5mm stereo cable and leather carrying pouch. Available this month, it has a suggested retail of $129.
The company will also show Towel-Matic automatic perforated home paper-towel dispenser, Touchless trashcan automatic sensor trashcans and Bio-Matic fingerprint-recognition door lock among other products during the show.
