12V Buying Group ICE Names Board

SWEDESBORO, N.J. — In Car Experts (ICE), the start-up buying group for car electronics retailers, said it has created an advisory board of 25 members, and will soon announce the initial vendors who will participate in the group.
ICE executive director Rob Elliott said each of the advisory board members is also an ICE member. He would not reveal, however, the total number of retailers who have joined the group since its official launch June 1.
ICE is expected to become one of the first car audio buying groups in the U.S.
The advisory board, who will make key decisions for ICE going forward, includes Audio Advisors, West Palm Beach, Fla.; Audiocar, Chula Vista, Calif.; Auto Sound, Security, Willoughby, Ohio; Beach Auto Sound, Huntington Beach, Calif.; Car Audio Depot, Modesto, Calif.; Car-Fi, Springfield, Mo.; Columbus Car Audio, Columbus, Ohio; Crazy Bobs, St. George, Utah; Horizon Audio, Canton, Ohio; and Kustom Kar Audio, Santa Rosa, Calif.
