TWICE Excellence In Retailing Awards

Election Day came one month early to TWICE, as readers first nominated, then cast their online votes for five deserving dealers in the second annual TWICE Retail Excellence Awards competition.

The top nominees were selected from reader ballots in five categories: Best National Retailer, Best Regional Retailer, Best Consumer Direct Retailer, Best Independent Retailer and Retailer of the Year.

Voters were then asked to make their final selections based on such qualities as merchandising excellence, store design, customer service, market share, industry contributions and overall retail innovation. Voter turnout was heavy, and in several categories the tallies were close. The results appear on the following pages.

Congratulations to this year's winners as well as the runners up, each of whom embodies the best in CE and appliance retailing. —The Editors
