Washington — Shoppers plan to purchase 3.9 million TVs for Super Bowl Sunday, up more than 50 percent from last year, according to a new consumer survey by the National Retail Federation (NRF).

In response to: Sears Holdings Reorganizing By Product Category, a third-generation Sears employee: "If you go back in Sears history around 15 years, you'll find that Sears already DID this type of restructuring and it failed. Among other things, it lead to much duplication of jobs, particularly in the upper echelons (over 200 VPs) which lead later on to severe job/headcount cutbacks starting at the BOTTOM rungs."
