Cerwin-Vega Mobile Sold To Diamond Audio Division

Hollywood, Fla. — Cerwin-Vega Mobile Audio has been purchased by a division of Diamond Audio Technologies for an undisclosed sum.

Stanton Group, which owns Stanton Magnetics, Cerwin-Vega! and KRK Systems, said today it has sold the mobile division of Cerwin-Vega to CVM Acquisition Services, a sister company to Diamond Audio.

Mike Morris, president of CVM said that combining Diamond Audio’s legacy of design and engineering with “Cerwin-Vega’s outstanding brand legacy allows us to deliver even more value and performance to our customers.”
