ICP Inks Licensing Deal With Cell Maker

Solar powered consumer products maker ICP Global Technologies has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Global Solar, a solar cell manufacturer. The agreement includes international rights for the exclusive use of Global Solar's technology for a variety of solar products.

The partnership, expected to bring about a host of solar power applications, includes innovative new products for a variety of markets. The two companies already have worked together to produce the BatterySaver Flex, designed to charge 12V batteries.

ICP's solar powered products are sold in consumer electronics stores and mass market retailers.
