The home audio industry won't cut and run from its mission of delivering a great home audio experience, but it is retooling its methods for accomplishing that mission.

Technological tumult, changing distribution channels and competition from IT industry suppliers have forced the home audio industry to adapt its products to remain relevant in the high-definition, Internet-driven custom installation phase of its evolution.

How is the industry coping with these changes?

To discuss these issues, TWICE assembled a panel of leading home audio companies and asked them to respond to questions by e-mail. Here's what they had to say:
