Home Shopping Network Picks Up GE Digicams

Torrance, Calif. — The Home Shopping Newtork (HSN) will offer General Imaging’s line of GE-branded digital cameras starting tomorrow.

HSN is the first publicly announced retail channel to pick up the new models,

formally introduced

at the Photo Marketing Association show in March.

General Imaging’s product line consists of eight digital cameras and a snapshot photo printer. According to a company spokesperson, other retailers will be announced shortly.
