Storis Gives Voice To Delivery Info

Parsippany, N.J. — Storis Management Systems has developed a sophisticated voice processing software program that reads and converts delivery routing manifests into computer-generated voice messages, and then informs consumers when to expect deliveries via an inbound and outbound call process.
The system, dubbed AUDRA, for Automated Ultimate Delivery Route Assistant, is fully scalable to handle hundreds of customers daily, and, said executive VP and Storis co-founder Ira Bakst, can reduce costs and human errors while improving operational efficiencies.
"Our versatile software responds to either customer inquiries, or will automatically call if they don't call the retailer for delivery information," he said.
