Toshiba Adds High-Capacity Memory Cards

Irvine, Calif. — Toshiba said it would add a 16GB MicroSDHC card alongside a pair of high-speed SDHC cards to its line in the next two months.

The company will ship a Class 6 SDHC card in 8GB and 16GB capacities with a maximum write speed of 20MBps.

The MicroSD card will offer a Class 2 speed rating.
