Laptop Stands Add Viewing Modes

Staff -- TWICE, 3/11/2002

Plasticsmith is offering a new line of laptop stands, called Lapvantage, ergonomically designed to respond to the growing number of users who prefer a choice of viewing modes. Stands are said to raise the standard for optimal viewing, improved posture and enhanced functionality.

Users who want to pivot their laptop screen 90 degrees, gaining the vertical space of a typical 20-inch desktop monitor, can now do so with the benefit of the company's Portrait model.

Those who prefer the standard mode can enjoy the benefits of raising their laptops to eye level with the Ergo model, available in three styles.

Portrait has a suggested $49.95 retail and Ergo models are $29.95.
