The Pixma MP480 features a 1.8-inch LCD, print speeds of 20 ppm black, 16 ppm color and 45 seconds for a 4-inch by 6-inch photo.
It offers an auto photo-fix mode for automatically removing red eye, and correcting brightness, contrast and color saturation. An auto-scan mode can detect the type of document being scanned and will automatically crop and save the file as a PDF or JPEG, depending on the document type.
It works with an optional Bluetooth adapter (BU-30, $49.99) and will retail for $99.
The $69.99 MP190 will offer print speeds of 19 ppm black, 15 ppm color and a 4- by 6-inch print in 70 seconds.
It features photo printing at 4,800 by 1,200 and incorporates the company’s Z-Lid scanner top for accommodating larger objects such as books.
