DJM Selling CompUSA Leases

by Alan Wolf -- TWICE, 12/12/2007

Melville, N.Y. — DJM Realty, a unit of liquidator Gordon Brother Group, will exclusively manage the national disposition of all remaining 157 CompUSA facilities.

Gordon Brothers acquired CompUSA this month with the intention of selling or closing the chain’s store operations and other assets. It expects to liquidate its inventory through the beginning of February.

“We are excited to offer these Class A real estate leases in some of the top-performing freestanding, strip center and mall locations in the country,” said Emilio Amendola, co-president of DJM. He said the facilities are located in 42 states and range from 12,000 square feet to 58,800 square feet in size.
