Pantel To Show Water-Tight Mirror TV Line

Garden Grove, Calif. — Pantel said Tuesday that it will show its latest waterproof Mirror TV product line at the 2009 International CES in Las Vegas, from Jan 8-11 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, booth #S27024 (South Hall).

start shipping to dealers in the fourth quarter of 2008.

Pantel said the line is suited for outdoor applications, but is ideally suited for placement indoors in such settings as bathrooms, showers and saunas.

“As customers are looking to put TVs in every room of the house, Pantel’s new Mirror TV is perfect for indoor quarters where they can act both as a mirror when not in use, and a high-quality TV when turned on,” stated Joe Pantel, Pantel CEO.

Features in the line include: HDMI input, 720p HD resolution, 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio, wide viewing angle, waterproof structure and speakers, wall-mounting capability and full-function IR remotes.

Contrast ratios for each model are: 450:1 for the 17-inch unit, 700:1 for the 20-inch unit; and 1,700:1 for the 26- and 32-inch units.

Suggested retail pricing will be $1,299 for the 17-inch PAN-17MR, $1,499 for the 20-inch PAN-20MR, $2,499 for the 26-inch PAN-26MR and $2,999 for the 32-inch PAN-32MR.
