Waxman, Boucher Push DTV Date-Change Bill To Colleagues

Washington - House Energy & Commerce Committee Chairman Henry Waxman (D-CA) and Telecommunications & Internet Subcommittee Chairman Rick Boucher (D-VA) pushed the DTV date-change bill in a "dear colleague" letter Monday.
