SOLO DEBUTS TECH PORTFOLIO

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. — Solo is introducing the Smart Strap Tech Portfolio, available in black and bronze. The carrying case features the padded Smart Strap retractable shoulder strap, which automatically retracts into the body of the case when not in use. A padded, expandable fleece-lined laptop section secures a 15.4-inch laptop with an elasticized Velcro tabbed closure, and a zip-down workstation includes multiple business card and ID holders, a key clip, pen loops, USB stick loop, expandable accessory pockets and a zippered mesh pocket.
The portfolio also has a Ride Along feature for easy transport, auto-expansion front pocket for cords or other accessories, two-tier accordion fan file, headphone port and MP3 player pocket, and padded double handles. Suggested retail is $140.
Solo is also debuting the Signature Portfolio in micro-poly fabric accented with suede and brushed gold hardware. A dedicated section holds a 15.4-inch laptop, with additional features including Microsuede shoulder straps, separate cord and cosmetic case, exterior front pocket and two additional interior compartments. It is available in black, chocolate and ruby, and sells for a suggested $110.
