By Staff -- TWICE, 9/3/2007

Seagate Technology is demonstrating its new family of FreeAgent data movers, designed to help keep consumers connected to both their content and their desktop computing environment from wherever they are.

FreeAgent Pro data movers are available in 320GB, 500GB and 750GB versions, and combine desktop and online solutions that let users access their content from anywhere, share it with anyone and sync it to almost anything, according to the company. The included software allows users to automatically synchronize content they select; in addition to a full suite of software tools, every FreeAgent Pro data mover includes access to a user's own private Seagate Internet Drive, an online service that provides a "24/7 ATM" to post, access and share your favorite files from anywhere using the Web. Suggested retails range from $199 to $419.
