iLive Unveils Made-For-iPod Lineup

iLive, an iPod accessories maker, is unveiling four new products to be released under its new Made for iPod line, at booth 10436.

Leading the line is the iHT3807DT 2.1-channel speaker system. This device features an AM/FM clock radio with a motorized iPod-docking drawer. It contains two speaker enclosures with True 3D sound and sRS acoustical enhancement. It can connect to an external A/V system and has a USB port to sync with an iPod. A remote control is included. Pricing and shipping information were not available.

The step-up speaker system is the iHT8817DT DVD home theater system. This self-contained home theater system is a 5.1-channel device with the same iPod-docking drawer as its smaller cousin. It adds Dolby Digital and Prologic II decoders along with True 3D sound and SRS TruBass. It is designed to sit on a tabletop or be wall-mounted next to a flat-panel TV. Pricing and shipping information were not available.

The next speaker system being shown is the iHT3817DT flat-panel speaker, which comes under iLive's Studio Series of speakers. It utilizes the same sound enhancement technology as the previous two products and the motorized iPod dock and a clock. Pricing and shipping information were not available.

The company's final CES offering is the ICR6807DT clock radio. Its iPod dock is located on the unit's top and provides charging and sync. It has four built-in speakers and four equalizer settings and 10 radio station presets. It features a video output so the consumer can show images stored on the iPod on any TV. The clock radio will carry a $99 suggested retail price. Shipping information was not available.
