TALKBACK:
In response to: Circuit City Seeking Outside Counsel: Tech Expert, San Diego: "These are just the phases a CE retailer goes through en-route to bankruptcy. We've seen it before — Pacific Sales, Incredible Universe, Ultimate, CompUSA/Good Guys, Tweeter, etc. Some come out of it for a while and then go under, some never come out of it."
In response to: Best Buy Bows Insignia PNDs With Google: Los Angeles: "Why Best Buy would compete directly with their suppliers is just beyond belief. Best Buy has the advantage of understanding roadmaps/competitive positioning of all PND/navigation suppliers. To take this collective insider knowledge and develop a product strategy that ultimately competes is arrogant and unfair. Shame on them."
