Targus To Deliver Panasonic Notebook Cases, Peripherals

Targus has announced an agreement with Panasonic Computer Solutions to offer a complete line of mobile accessories for Panasonic Toughbook notebook computers. As a result, consumers will be able to order notebook cases, security devices, port replications and a wide variety of Targus products through Panasonic's channel partners and distributors.

The alliance expands Targus distribution channels and extends Panasonic product offerings, said Targus.

Targus accessories are said to be ergonomically designed to provide comfortable use over long periods of time, and are compact and lightweight for ease of travel.

Panasonic is a unit of Panasonic Corporation of North America, which is the principal North American subsidiary of Matsushita Electric and is based in Secaucus, N.J.
