Michael Dell will step down as Dell CEO and be replaced by Kevin Rollins, effective July 16. Previously, Rollins was Dell's COO. Dell will remain the company's chairman of the board. . . .Mike Vitelli, a 23-year Sony Electronics' veteran who resigned in December, joined Best Buy as senior VP/consumer electronics and product management. He assumes the CE duties previously held by George Danko, who continues to head home appliances as senior VP/home essentials and business team resources. Also, executive VP Mike London has been reassigned from Best Buy's customer centricity initiative to executive VP/global resourcing, a new position … Brothers Steve and Dwayne Bellow left Gemini Industries in February, and now most likely will do consulting work for Gemini along the lines of their previous positions. Steve was marketing and product development senior VP, and Dwayne, senior sales VP. Previously , the two execs had been with Belkin…Bob Banasik joined online photography service provider Digibug Express as retail services VP... Brad Kruchten named president of Kodak's Qualex retail photo-finishing subsidiary. Kruchten will retain his responsibility as a VP in charge of Kodak's wholesale photo-finishing business... John Prendergast named VP of strategic business development, photo imaging division, Fujifilm… RadioShack promoted Stu Asimus to senior VP/chief merchandising officer and Don Carroll to senior VP/chief marketing officer, following the resignation of Arvin Goldberg, formerly senior VP/chief business operations officer, who is leaving the company to pursue different career interests... John Colbert, ex-W.C. Wood and Maytag exec, joined Crosley Corp. as executive director…Domenic Buonincontri, who joined Cerwin-Vega as engineering director last year, named GM for both Cerwin-Vega and KRK units.
