Dell Ships New LCD Monitor

Round Rock, Tex. — Dell today began shipping the 18-inch Dell UltraSharp 2005FPW LCD monitor.

The 2005FPW carries a $799 street price and has four USB ports; a 16 by 10 aspect ratio; and inputs for analog, digital, S-video and composite connections. It also has picture in picture (PIP) and picture by picture (PBP) features, which allow customers to view video and graphics inputs simultaneously. Other features include a 600:1 contrast ratio, a 90 degree viewing angle and built-in 14-watt speakers.
