SEN Names Membership Director

Winston-Salem, N.C. —Specialty Electronics Nationwide (SEN), the custom-install unit of Nationwide Marketing Group, has created the post of membership director to help manage the 500-dealer division.

Assuming the new role is Barrie McCorkle, a 20-year veteran of the A/V industry, who will report directly to SEN executive director Jeannette Howe.

group programs,” Howe said. “We are in financially challenging times and custom-installing dealers need every penny of profitability to reach the bottom line.”

McCorkle is the current chair for CEDIA’s ROI (Registered Outreach Instructor) Action Team and was formerly co-owner and VP/general manager of Design Audio/Video in Colorado.

SEN currently supports 500 member dealers across the country in the custom installation sector. Its Nationwide parent is an $11 billion buying and marketing organization for independent appliance, electronics, furniture, flooring and rent-to-own retailers.
