Fayetteville, Ark. — Westinghouse Digital is teaming up with Clear Channel Radio and The Real Estate Company of Arkansas on an “Extreme Home Takeover” promotion, which will award a winning Fayetteville, Ark., family a new home furnished with Westinghouse HDTVs and digital photo frames for a year.

The promotion, being staged by the Fayetteville Arkansas Clear Channel Radio stations, will award the winning listener the opportunity to “Take Over” a new home and live there rent- and payment-free for a year.

Every room of the new home will feature a Westinghouse Digital LCD display product, which the winning family gets to keep.

The Westinghouse Digital line up includes: the 42-inch TX-42F430S 1080p LCD HDTV, the 32-inch SK-32H590D LCD HDTV/DVD combo unit, the 26-inch SK-26H520S LCD HDTV, the 19-inch SK-19H210S LCD HDTV, the 24-inch L2410NM HD multimedia monitor and an assortment of 8-inch DPF-0802 digital photo frames.

“The four Clear Channel radio stations covering all of our targeted demographics are just the perfect audiences for our cutting-edge LCD display products,” stated Rey Roque, Westinghouse Digital marketing VP. “This is one of many more promotions Westinghouse Digital plans to do in the area.”

The new home in the promotion measures over 3,200-square feet, has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a three-car garage and is valued at over $450,000. It is located in Quail Ridge subdivision in Bentonville, Ark., home of Wal-Mart headquarters.

The Clear Channel Radio stations participating in the contest are KKIX Kix 104, KEZA Magic 107.9, KMXF Hot Mix 101.9 and KIGL 93-3 The Eagle.

The contest will take place over 12 weeks leading up to the grand prize giveaway on Dec. 15, 2007. All finalists will gather at the home and await the winning name to be drawn.
