Las Vegas — The StreetWires brand from Phoenix-based Mitek is undergoing a complete change of packaging that features a practical design, aesthetic appeal and space-saving qualities, the company said at International CES, held here early in January.
Major changes to StreetWires packaging include a space-saving design for easier merchandising, simple tear-away feature, easier product identification and addition of more useful product information, said Mitek. New package design is expected to maximize retailer profit, while minimizing wall space.
Changes include space-saving design that allows product packages to fit together in a logical way, so more product can be displayed on the floor; an easy tear-away feature added to the back of most product, making it easily accessible without the use of sharp objects, which saves on install time and reduces injury risk; easy product identification, with clear packaging custom-designed to decrease the amount of glare from overhead lights, so the customer can easily view products; and useful product information printed on the back of the majority of products, giving these a unique feature and benefits in an easy-to-understand way.
A new StreetWires-brand line of high-end interconnects debuted at CES. The cable line consists of the ZN9, ZN7 and ZN5 series to create a best, better, good lineup, respectively.
The ZN9 is optimized for the best, most transparent sound quality; the ZN7 is designed for versatility and excellent sound quality, and the ZN5 provides exceptional performance at an economical price, said Mitek.
