NEW YORK — Newly introduced cases and bags for CE devices and computers continue to blur the line between fashion and function. And with more specialty designs and device-specific offerings rolling out, add-on sales to large-ticket purchases are much easier for a retailer to make and much more justifiable to the consumer.
