Iogear Intros Digital Pens

By Staff -- TWICE, 1/8/2007

Iogear will show two digital pen systems at CES this week.

Shipping in March are the Digital Scribe and Wireless Digital Scribe. The Digital Scribe, carrying a $59 suggested retail price, is a wired digital pen system that transfers written text and drawings to a computer via an attached USB cable. The wireless version, $139, operates in the same fashion, but uses a wireless technology to transfer the data to the computer.

Both products come with handwriting recognition software that translates the writing into Microsoft Word.
