GE Consumer Finance will provide a private-label credit card program for QVC, the $6 billion direct marketer. Under terms of the multiyear-agreement, the GE division will create a “QCard” for QVC's U.S. customers. Mark Tabak, VP/administration for QVC, said the QCard's features will “enhance our customers' shopping experience” … Nearly 75 percent of e-tailers polled by e-business software and service provider LaGarde said they are anticipating year-over-year gains during the upcoming holiday selling season — and over 21 percent expect those increases to be considerable … Hifi House, the 50-year-old premium A/V dealer based in Broomhall, Pa., has received a second consecutive “Best of Philly” award from Philadelphia magazine.
