New Age Expands Kodak Agreement

By Colleen Bohen -- TWICE, 3/8/2007

Las Vegas — New Age Electronics has expanded its relationship with Kodak and will now act as the preferred retail distributor for the maker of photography products.

The announcement came today at the Photo Marketing Association’s annual conference (PMA) being held here. Under the new agreement, New Age will be primarily responsible for bringing Kodak’s digital photography products to retail.

“As the digital photography sector continues to explode, digital imaging manufacturers need to review their supply chain and select partners that can control costs at an account level,” said Adam Carroll, president, New Age Electronics. “We are confident that loyal Kodak customers will have a smooth transition to New Age.”

New Age Electronics has been in the distribution business for more than 18 years and according to a release, it offers a suite of support services including demand planning, Web-based forecasting and flexible delivery options to help retailers to run their businesses.
