Casio Changes Corporate Name

Dover, N.J. — Casio said today that its U.S. subsidiary would change its name from Casio, Inc. to Casio America, Inc.

The change is effective Aug. 1.

According to Casio, the name “will reflect the company’s sales responsibility in both the United States and Canada and will allow for effective communication with retail executives and the company’s customer base.”
