ServiceBench Hosts Conference

WASHINGTON — ServiceBench, a provider of Web-based service management solutions, hosted its fifth annual Service World conference here last month at the Grand Hyatt.

The three-day event drew service executives from leading manufacturers and retailers who shared best practices in enhancing service quality, maximizing product performance and decreasing operational costs.

Highlights scheduled at press time included a keynote address by Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace, and presentations by NEW's president/CEO Tony Nader and quality and service management VP Luke Kathol.

ServiceBench was acquired by NEW, the nation's largest extended-service-plan provider, last January.
