Backpacks Carry iPod, MP3 Player In Clear Pocket

By Staff -- TWICE, 2/27/2006

Scosche Industries, maker of mobile electronics after-market accessories, has developed a quartet of backpacks designed for iPods, MP3 players and PSP units under its SoundKase brand — a line of storage cases and accessories.

Each backpack features a clear pocket to hold an iPod, MP3 player or PSP that enables the consumer to use the unit while protecting it from the environment.

The family of SoundKase iPod backpacks includes the iPack, SonicBoom, iSpy and the PSPBoom. All are water-resistant and offer the clear pocket, full-zip easy-access main compartment, adjustable sternum strap, should strap cellphone pouch and contoured shoulder strap.

The iPack features a padded laptop computer pocket and the iPod pocket for ease of access and storage of an iPod or MP3 player.

The iSpy includes a detachable padded camcorder waist pack large enough to hold a small camcorder or digital SLR camera.

Suggested retails for the SonicBoom, iPack and PSPBoom are $99.99. The iSpy is $54.99.
