Conn's Opens Dallas DC

By Staff -- TWICE, 9/26/2005

Conn's, the Texas-based brown- and white goods regional chain, has opened a new 150,000-square-foot distribution center here, midway between Dallas and Fort Worth. The new facility replaces a cross dock that had been used for home delivery distribution operations since the company expanded into the Dallas/Fort Worth market 20 months ago.

The new facility is capable of servicing a 200-mile radius and will allow Conn's to expand its trading range to a broader area of north Texas, the company said. The existing facility was converted into a service center serving the Dallas Metroplex.
