APC Offers Notebook Security Lineup

West Kingston, R.I. — American Power Conversion (APC) has partnered with security products maker Kryptonite to offer co-branded APC by Kryptonite notebook security products.

The APC by Kryptonite notebook key and combination lock features a Quick-Mount attachment system and a 6-foot steel cable. Quick-Mount Cable locks come in key or combination form and include two sizes. Quick-Mount key cable locks come with two keys. Quick-Mount combination cables have a 4-digit resettable lock.

In addition, the line includes a Motion Sensor Alarm Lock and a high-security Vault Lock. The Motion Sensor is connected directly to the computer. The Vault lock prevents tampering with the notebook hardware.

Suggested retails for APC by Kryptonite security solutions range from $29.99 to $79.99.
